Something arrived broken?
We’ve got you covered. If your order was damaged during shipping, just email us a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly send you a free replacement — no hassle, no charge.

All sales are final
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive in perfect condition but aren’t quite what you expected scent-wise.
